We have 3 choices of payment and you can choose anyone of them for your order.

01 By cash: Food on Delivery

You can pay by cash directly when SHbite courier delivers the food to you and after your checking.

02 By Alipay: Please finish the payment when you place the order, we do not support food on delivery.

You can pay by Alipay online. Alipay is the largest third-party payment platform in china. You will complete your order safely and easily if you use Alipay.

03 By online bank：Please finish the payment when you place the order, we do not support food on delivery.

（1）SHbite offers online banking payment function. your bank card online payment needs to open the appropriate features when you select online payment.

（2）The opening of bank card
Due to the different parts of the bank policy, it is recommended that you call the local bank to consult the bank’s credit card for online payment types and open procedures before you pay by bank online.
（3）The payment limits
Currently the banks have a certain amount of online payment limits, due to the different parts of the bank policy, it is recommended that you consult the related matters when you apply for online payment functions.

（4）Payment successful time
For online payment it is successful when the payment is completed. Please contact our customer service staff to solve the problem that the order status is not changed if your payment is successful due to the network failure.
