And then you can put food into the shopping cart. You must enter real name, details address and telephone if you use first time;

Q: How about delivery fee?
A: The delivery service fee start at 10 RMB, if the distance between the restaurant you choose and your address is within 3 km. If you are further away, the extra fee of every 1.5 km is 5RMB. You also can click NEAREST on our website. Choose the nearest restaurant around your place to save the deliver fee.
Q: How about Delivery time?
A: In general, the food you order will be delivered around 45 minutes. If you order the large number of dishes, long distance, holiday or bad weather, please understand that the time may be extended. But we guarantee food you order will be store to keep warm and integrity. And the customer service will connect with you on time and tell you the details about the delivery. Thanks for your understanding.
Q: What is other service?
A: You can order drinks spirits, wine, coffee, etc., with the meal without adding service charges; It may be charge delivery fee if you order any of the above categories only.
Q: What about food price and quantity?
A: We ensure that the price and amount of food you order is as same as that you eat in the restaurant.

Q: How to get ordering list and invoices?
A: Although we will do our best effort, we can not sure that you can get the paper list every time because some restaurants do not have a fax machine. If you need, please call or email to us;
Q: How to deal with counterfeit money?
